Cornyn.  “I’m thankful the President has signed this bill into law so we can help streamline the Army Corps’ study as we continue working to protect Texans living along our coast.” The provision authored by Sen. Cornyn requires the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to take into consideration certain studies already developed by the Gulf Coast Community Protection and Recovery District (GCCPRD) while completing its Storm Surge Suppression Study. 1 2026-03-30T12:14:52Z 2026-03-30T12:14:52Z
