The event highlights President Roosevelt’s foreign policy axiom in the context of North Dakota’s central role in America’s national defense. It brings together North Dakota’s existing defense infrastructure with forwardlooking military strategy, positioning the state as a forum for the national dialogue and innovative ideas needed to ensure America has the strength to deter conflict and, if necessary, defend itself. To kick off the series of events, Cramer, who authored the GOLDEN DOME Act, invited Golden Dome Director General Michael Guetlein and U.S. Senator John Hoeven (R-ND) to participate in a fireside chat.
