The discretionary funds will be used to finance American Indian and Alaska Native (AIAN) Head Start and Early Head Start Programs for Standing Rock in Fort Yates. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) under HHS awarded the North Dakota Department of Health a grant of $56,134.
