She previously interned for the Port of Virginia and for Jen Kiggans for Congress. She earned her B.A. in Public Policy and Leadership and Government from the University of Virginia. Pat Lichtenstein, Tax Counsel Pat joins the Committee from the U.S. House Ways and Means Committee under Chairman Jason Smith (R-Missouri), where he served as senior oversight counsel. He previously worked as an assistant director at the National Collegiate Athletic Association, as counsel for the U.S. House Budget Committee under then-Ranking Member Jason Smith and as counsel for the U.S. Department of Education Office for Civil Rights. He received a J.D. and a M.B.A. from American University and his B.A. from Bard College.
