The project is expected to create new jobs in the community, while also better protecting the environment. The technology being developed at Bridger Photonics will help oil and gas wells be more efficient while also better protecting the environment,Daines said.I'm glad that the EPA recognized the good work being done at this Montana business and awarded them this funding. This EPA funding allows us to develop technology to map out, pinpoint, and quantify methane leaks throughout the natural gas value chain using drones. This is a rare opportunity to save the oil and gas industry money while helping reduce a powerful greenhouse gas, Bridger Photonics President and CEO Pete Roos said.
