While good trade policies can create jobs and fuel economic growth, trade only works when everyone plays by the same rules.” In October, Donnelly testified before the ITC to emphasize the importance to Indiana’s steel industry of maintaining existing antidumping and countervailing duty orders against unfairly traded imports of hot-rolled steel.
