Watch Senator Donnellys remarks here. Donnelly said, In Indiana, our veterans exemplify the best of our Hoosier values. This Veterans Day, let us all take some time to thank the brave men and women who have served our country. Whether its in our neighborhoods, at the local supermarket, or at church on Sunday, we all need to let our veteransand their familiesknow how much we appreciate their service and sacrifice. As we continue to welcome home veterans from posts around the world, we must also remember that we share an obligation to serve those whove served on our behalf. We must support veterans and their families as they transition from military to civilian life. We need to ensure that the VA is adequately funded and properly operated. And we need to guarantee that every veteran who comes home with physical or mental wounds is able to receive the care they deserve.
