Other Legislative Activities Named Host of 40th Anniversary of the Washington Performing Arts Embassy Adoption Program Senator Enzi, as Co-Chair of the Senate Cultural Caucus, will be a host of a reception and concert on Tuesday, October 20, 2015 honoring the 40th anniversary of the Embassy Adoption Program. This program pairs 5th and 6th grade classrooms in the D.C. public schools (across all eight Wards) with foreign embassies desiring to share their countries and cultures with the students. Throughout the year, participating embassies arrange several visits with their partner class or school, showcasing their culture, art, food, history and current affairs through presentations and field trips.
