The committee reviewed a large number of applications and interviewed twelve finalists. Of those twelve, the committee recommended Magistrate Judge Kristen Louise Mix, Patrick O'Rourke, Regina Marie Rodriguez, and Samuel David Walker. I appreciate the hard work done by the Judicial Evaluation Committee, Gardner said. They devoted countless hours to carefully reviewing applicants and interviewing finalists in order to ensure that Colorado has the most qualified legal mind possible on the federal bench.
