I'm proud to work with communities across our state to support their transportation priorities, and this announcement is good news for Northern Colorado Regional Airport,said Senator Gardner.Regional airports across Colorado play a critical role in their local economies, and modernizing our infrastructure and transportation systems is important for our quality of life. Going forward, I will continue my work to support the needs ofairports across Colorado. As Chairman of the Northern Colorado Regional Airport Commission, I want to thank Senator Gardner for his persistent effort in working with the FAA Administrator to include the Northern Colorado Regional Airport in the FAA Contract Tower Program,said Wade Troxell, Mayor of Fort Collins. Gardner has advocated for the FCT program as part of annual appropriations processes. Gardner alsosupportedthe FAA Reauthorization Act of 2018, which was signed into law in October of 2018 andincluded changesto the FCT program. ### Cory Gardner is a member of the U.S. Senate serving Colorado.
