That's why I strongly support efforts to support a national, bipartisan privacy policy that respects Colorado's values, respects America's values, consumer choice, and the appropriate safeguarding of our private lives. Gardner spoke with the panel of witnesses about his bipartisan Protecting Privacy in our Homes Act, privacy as a fundamental human right, and the use of facial recognition technology by the Chinese Communist Party.
