John Cornyn (R-Texas) and Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.). Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) is a cosponsor. The bipartisan bill would help reunite Holocaust survivors with their stolen artwork by ensuring that their cases are adjudicated on the merits and procedural loopholes don’t stand in the way of justice.
