The gravity of the opioid epidemic in Utah cannot be overstated. Consider that each week, we lose six Utahns to opioid overdose—a number that has increased 400 percent in the last fifteen years. The goal of DEA 360 is simple: Stop the deadly cycle of heroin and opioid pill abuse by eliminating drug trafficking organizations, partnering with the medical community to raise awareness, and strengthening local organizations to build drug-free communities.
