Hill Top Home of Comfort, Killdeer A $3.5 million federal direct loan will be made to build a new assisted living facility. Hazen Memorial Hospital Association, Hazen A more than $11 million federal direct loan as well as a $10.3 million guaranteed federal loan will be made to build a new Critical Access Hospital and clinic. Cankdeska Cikana Community College, Fort Totten A $3.1 million federal direct loan will be made to build a better Head Start facility.
