Senator John Hoeven, chairman of the Senate Agriculture Appropriations Committee and a member of the Senate Agriculture Committee, today announced that the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Office of Rural Development, has approved a loan guarantee of $2,385,000 to the I.O.O.F. Retirement Village Group, LP. Today's award was made available through the Multi-Family Housing Loan program and will be used to acquire and renovate 78 units of housing in Devils Lake. With this loan guarantee from USDA, I.O.O.F.
