The funds will be used to expand the All Nations Veterans Cemetery in Fort Yates, developing approximately eight acres. Last year, the VA provided a $4.9 million grant to build the cemetery. Native Americans serve in the military at a higher rate per capita than any other ethnic group, said Hoeven.
