Hoeven joined a bicameral group inurgingthe administration to finalize this change and bring the plans into compliance with the law, which requires that insurance companies providing such coverage must collect and deposit a separate premium payment. Consumers deserve to know what they're paying for, said Hoeven. The previous administration ignored statutes that protected against Obamacare enrollees unknowingly subsidizing elective abortions.
