The Senate is expected to hold a final vote on the nomination tomorrow: I voted to move forward with Judge Kavanaugh's confirmation based on his strong record of upholding the law and strictly interpreting the Constitution. During the confirmation process, Judge Kavanaugh testified for more than 30 hours before the Senate Judiciary Committee and answered more than 1,300 written questions. During his 25 years of public service Judge Kavanaugh has undergone seven FBI investigations, and yesterday's report is consistent with the previous six. The new FBI report found no evidence of misconduct by Judge Kavanaugh nor did the FBI find any evidence to corroborate the allegations. Judge Kavanaugh has served for 12 years on the D.C. Circuit Court, the second highest court in the nation, and has a shown himself to be an impartial and fair jurist. He is well-qualified to serve on the United States Supreme Court. -###- Print Email Tweet Next Article Previous Article 1 2026-03-30T12:14:52Z 2026-03-30T12:14:52Z
