Funds cost-sharing reduction (CSR) payments to lower insurance premiums; Empowers Americans to choose the insurance plan that fits their needs by increasing access to low-cost catastrophic plans; Ensures assistance goes to American patients by requiring citizenship or immigration-status verification.
