Jim Inhofe (R-Okla.) today announced that Daisy Letendre will serve as his Communications Director, starting Thursday. Letendre has served in various press roles on the Senate (EPW) Environment and Public Works Committee, with her most recent title being press secretary for Chairman Inhofe. She replaces Donelle Harder, who has been serving as Communications Director for both the personal office and for the EPW Committee and will be moving on for a new opportunity in Oklahoma City.  “Daisy is a talented individual who has effectively and proactively communicated my top legislative priorities while I have been chairman of the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee,” Inhofe said. “My top priority is to ensure Oklahomans are well informed of my efforts in the U.S. Senate, and I know Daisy will work hard to make this happen. She is a personable individual and gifted writer who will fill an important role on my team.”  Prior to being press secretary on the EPW Committee, Letendre served as the new media director for the committee and as a communications associate for Generation Opportunity. Letendre graduated from Trinity College-Hartford with a Bachelor of Arts in political science and philosophy. 1 2026-03-30T12:14:52Z 2026-03-30T12:14:52Z
