After President Obama degraded and underfundedour military for years, President Trump and I promised to rebuild and restore our military. With the enactment of this legislation, we are one step closer to fulfilling this promise. Not only does this legislation help revitalize and replenish key equipment and systems, but it also accelerates development of critical technologies and delivers on President Trump's Space Force.
