Jim Inhofe (R-Okla.), senior member of the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works, praised the Environmental Protection Agency's(EPA) announcementthat Accurate Environmental Laboratories in Stillwater, Okla., will receive part of $1.7 million in funding, through the EPA's Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program, that will go to 16 small businesses across the country to develop new technologies that protect the environment while growing the American economy. I am extremely pleased the Environmental Protection Agency has recognized Stillwater-based Accurate Environmental Laboratories with one of this year's 16 Phase I SBIR grants,Sen. Inhofe said.EPA support will allow this Oklahoma business to participate in the environmental research and technological development that makes our world a better and safer place.
