Designed in consultation with the Inter-American Development Bank, the plan would target areas with the highest rates of migration to solidify recent gains over the mid- to long-term.  The Presidents of El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras will present the joint strategy plan tomorrow, November 14, at an investment promotion conference hosted by the Inter-American Development Bank.  Kaine commended the collaboration among the three countries and pledged his continued engagement on this important issue. ### 1 2026-03-30T12:14:52Z 2026-03-30T12:14:52Z
