This legally dubious policy and Mr. Jorjani's role in creating it has raised serious, bipartisan concerns, and is now under investigation by the Department's Inspector General. I also share the concerns that Mr. Jorjani may have misled the Senate, under oath, about his involvement in the Department's politicization of FOIA responses.
