As a member of the Appropriations Committee, I will continue to fight for additional resources focused on the economic resilience of our state.” "Many parts of West Virginia continue to feel the impact of the devastating floods that occurred in June 2016," Senator Capito said. "I have worked diligently at the federal level to ensure our communities have the resources they need to recover and restore a sense of normalcy. This funding will help repair damage to roads that West Virginians rely on to get to work and provide for their families." ### Print Email Tweet Next Article Previous Article 1 2026-03-30T12:14:52Z 2026-03-30T12:14:52Z
