(WGEM) - Some Hannibal students at Eugene Field Elementary now have more technology to help them in the classroom. The school accepted five used HP Compaq computers from U.S. Senator Claire McCaskill. The computers were donated through a federal program promoting technology in the classroom. "We have two of the computers being utilized in our fourth grade classrooms," Business Manager Rich Stilley said. "One in the library, we have another one that is centrally located for staff and students to use in studying and we have one in our special ed department." Officials with the district say they've formatted the computers to be compatible for student programs. Print Email Tweet | 1 | 2026-03-30T12:14:52Z | 2026-03-30T12:14:52Z |
