Click here or above for downloadable photos and video from their meeting. Today, I had the pleasure of sitting down with Judge Amy Coney Barrett, whose grace and incredible command of the law are as evident in person as they were during her confirmation hearings last week,McSally said.It is undeniably clear that she is a principled jurist who will execute the duties of a Supreme Court justice with the utmost integrity. I came away from our meeting immensely impressed and believe she will make an outstanding addition to the Supreme Court. On top of her extensive qualifications, Judge Barrett is an inspiration to young women and girls across the country. She has challenged norms throughout her career, and when confirmed, she will be the fifth woman and the first mother of school-age children to serve on the Supreme Court. Her life is a testament to the fact that motherhood, devotion to faith, and a demanding career can, in fact, coexist. I look forward to voting in favor of her historic confirmation.
