In June, Sen. Moran supported KDOT’s application for this grant to reconstruct and widen areas of K-96 between I-135 and I-35 in Wichita to improve traffic flow, reduce travel times and provide safer access for school buses and emergency vehicles. “Access to safe and reliable roadways is critical to connect Kansas communities, support local commerce and strengthen the infrastructure Kansans rely on every day,” said Sen.
