Alongside international leaders such as Iceland President lafur Ragnar Grmsson, Finland President Sauli Niinist and German Chancellor Angela Merkel, Murkowski and recently announced Arctic Representative Admiral Robert J. Papp will lead one of four plenary session discussions with attendees.
