Having toured these facilities and called on the Department of Housing and Urban Development to end this cycle of poverty and neglect, it's clear to me that the needs of the residents have not been met. I'll continue to work with our Congressional delegation as well as state and local officials to make sure we finally address these longstanding issues, said Murphy.
