Res. 7 to end U.S. support for the war in Yemen. The final version of S.J. Res. 7, which passed by a vote of 54 to 46, follows similar action by the Senate in December 2018 and includes Dr. Paul’s amendment to guarantee the resolution cannot be construed as an Authorization for the Use of Military Force (AUMF). “Last year, the Senate took historic action to reassert its voice in foreign policy.
