Today's passage of the NDAA will provide our men and women in uniform a well-deserved and much needed pay raise, said Sen. Roberts. As the senior Marine in Congress, I understand how crucial the NDAA is to ensuring our troops are provided with the best equipment, training and support necessary to serve our country. I am also pleased to see that Kansas companies will be a direct benefactor of funding provided in the NDAA. This legislation will give troops a 3.1% pay raise, the largest pay raise for members of the armed forces in nearly a decade.
