Stones retired as the President of the Kansas Bankers Association (KBA) in 2019 after 33 years. During his time at KBA, Stones worked in government relations and agricultural credit policy. A 1978 graduate of Washburn University, Stones lives in Topeka. Farmer Mac is the nation's premier secondary market for agricultural credit.
