However, the reality is that we still have more than 3.6 million youth who are using e-cigarettes and the number of kids using disposable devices remains high. I discussed these concerns today in a call with FDA Commissioner Dr. Hahn, and I am encouraged that the FDA is taking ongoing steps to curb youth use, including issuing new measures to remove unauthorized vaping products from the market. However, I continue to believe that flavors should be banned from vape products and disposable e-cigarettes, and I plan to keep pushing for that action at the federal level. 1 2026-03-30T12:14:52Z 2026-03-30T12:14:52Z
