Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) sent a letter to Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Commissioner, Dr. Robert Califf, and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Director, Dr. Mandy Cohen, urging their agencies examine the recent Czech Republic data, which evidences that the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine (Spikevax) increased all-cause-mortality (ACM) over a 12-month period from the time of vaccination for every age. Findings for the one year post injection mortality rate (MR) of Moderna relative to Pfizer for each age for those who received two shots in 2021, show that Moderna shots increased ACM on an absolute basis compared to Pfizer. The report detailing the Czech data was first pre-published on July 17, 2024 by Steve Kirsch, who obtained it by public records request and translated and reviewed the official Czech government data on COVID-19 vaccines administered in the Czech Republic. Additional analysis was published by diagnostic pathologist Dr. Clare Craig of the Czech data and her report concurs its finding and articulates that her confidence comes from multiple angles: The mortality rate was lower for Pfizer in every age group; The mortality rate was lower for every month of injection; and The mortality rate was lower for every period of death. There was no systemic or systematic bias by brand in the Czech Republic. The senator not only urges the FDA and CDC to review the Czech data, and Mr. Kirsch’s and Dr. Craig’s analyses, but also requests information from the agencies surrounding mortality rates of the Moderna and Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines.
