LINK Russia President Barack Obama will sign a package of Russia sanctions despite having concerns about the impact of the legislation, the White House said Tuesday according to The Wall Street Journal. The bill was passed by Congress last week and adds additional sanctions to Russian weapons companies and energy interests. It also provides additional military aid to the Ukrainian government, which has been involved in a low-grade military conflict with its neighbor. LINK Vermont Solar Energy Vermont's reliance on solar power is continuing to increase under a state program that allows small power producers to sell electricity to utilities, The Associated Press reported. So far this year the number of projects of up to 150 kilowatts permitted can produce a total of 19.8 megawatts of electricity. Through the same period last year the total was 12.5 megawatts.
