By adopting zero-emissions buses, Maui will help the state advance its goal of achieving a fully electric bus fleet. The new funding comes from the infrastructure law Congress passed in 2021. “This new funding will help bring cleaner, more efficient buses to Maui while also moving us closer to achieving the state’s critical clean energy goals,” said Senator Schatz, chair of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Transportation. ### 1 2026-03-30T01:40:41Z 2026-04-07T21:24:45Z
