Established in 1977 as a non-partisan, official staff organization, SBLSC is the oldest congressional staff caucus on the Hill. SBLSC’s goal is to build a sense of community and support among minority Senate staffers by increasing diversity and access to resources in the Senate. SBLSC also provides professional resources and programming to ensure that staffers are successful.
