This deliberate sabotage forces Montanans to spend even more of their money on health care, draining their already strained bank accounts. Washington needs to knock it off and start working together to lower the cost of health care.” Tester is sponsoring the Marketplace Certainty Act, which ensures the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services makes cost-sharing reduction payments. The Montana Chamber of Commerce this summer told Tester about the importance of preserving cost-sharing reduction payments to provide certainty to Montana businesses. 1 2026-03-30T12:14:52Z 2026-03-30T12:14:52Z
