The Biden Administration’s proposed rule flagrantly violates the Constitution by attempting to require anyone who sells a firearm to register as a federal firearm licensee. “I have always been a strong supporter and defender of the Second Amendment, and I am committed to protecting the constitutional rights of law-abiding Hoosiers. American citizens have the right to engage in lawful firearms transactions without unconstitutional hurdles imposed by federal bureaucrats. I am committed to fighting this rule and protecting the Second Amendment rights of law-abiding Hoosiers,” said Senator Young. In addition to Senators Young and Cornyn, Senators Thom Tillis (R-N.C.), Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.), Roger Marshall (R-Kan.), Ted Budd (R-N.C.), John Kennedy (R-La.), Kevin Cramer (R-N.D.), Steve Daines (R-Mont.), Mike Crapo (R-Idaho), Marco Rubio (R-Fla.), Rick Scott (R-Fla.), Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.
