The hearing is scheduled to begin at noon. The House Committee on Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations will conduct the hearing, which will focus on public health agencies' work to prevent the spread of Ebola in the U.S. In addition, members will seek to gauge the preparedness of health care facilities, ports, points of entry, and other institutions in identifying cases of Ebola and responding with appropriate caution, procedure, and care.
