The measure, cosponsored by Yarmuth, will make permanent the excise tax relief for distilled spirits producers, craft brewers, and winemakers. This is a major victory for American jobs and the entire distilled spirits and craft beverage industries. As Founder of the Congressional Bourbon Caucus, I've fought for the inclusion of this provision that will significantly benefit America's native spirit and the lives and livelihoods that depend on its production, distribution, and consumption.
