The grant was awarded through the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). The grant funds will be used to recruit, train, and provide job placement assistance to members of the United States Armed Forces. FMCSA awards grants to organizations which provide CMV operator training, including colleges, universities, vocational-technical schools, truck driver training schools and associations.
