The Disaster Relief Appropriations Act of 2013, which was passed with Congressman Cohen’s vote in the wake of Hurricane Sandy, included $16 billion in CDBG-Disaster Recovery funding. 1 2026-03-30T12:14:52Z 2026-03-30T12:14:52Z
