While the investigation into the attacks is ongoing, this has all of the markings of an ISIS or al-Qaeda affiliated terrorist attack. The individuals who perpetrated these senseless acts of violence across the city must be brought to justice. Al-Qaeda and its affiliates, who have continued their war on western civilization, must be defeated, and I support U.S. efforts to assist the French government in its investigation.
