In his new role, Degrafinreid will assume the top staff position for Davidson County Criminal Court Clerk Howard Gentry. A native Tennessean holding both bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Tennessee State University, Degrafinreid also is a graduate of Indiana University’s Robert H.
