I take pride in providing thoughtful responses, in a timely manner, for the 40,000-plus constituent interactions my office will receive this year. Providing answers to the many questions and concerns of Alaskans, finding resolutions to problems with federal agencies, and streamlining the bureaucratic processes are all part of my congressional duties. As much as I wish I could ensure every person, every letter, every call was answered with 100 percent accuracy, mistakes sometimes can happen, and for this I offer my apologies. If my response leaves you wanting more information, or in the rare case it goes unanswered, please do not hesitate to follow up with one of my offices.
