House Speaker Paul Ryan named Congressman Young to the Conference Committee earlier this week. This Committee has been tasked with negotiating the final terms of the tax reform legislation which contains the pathway to open the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge (ANWR) Coastal Plain to responsible resource development.
