Making sure our children have access to learning opportunities in the years before traditional education begins should be a top priority, Foster said. Children enrolled in Head Start and Early Head Start will be better prepared for kindergarten and are more likely to be successful down the road. We are very happy and delighted that we received this second year of funding, said Kathy Fudge-White, Director of Early Childhood Services Division, Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Joliet.
