Incredibly, the House has voted nine times in favor of Keystone, but the Senate has never acted and the President continues to delay,” said Congressman Guthrie. “I have long supported an ‘all-the-above’ energy policy, and this pipeline has the capability to create quality and lasting jobs, while going a long way toward establishing energy security for our nation.
